Our Club

The Club

We are a friendly gaming club of around 20 members. Our members participate in a very wide and varied list of games covering sci-fi, fantasy and historical.

When We Meet

We meet at the Gilead Congregational Chapel Hall in Coity, just outside Bridgend, every Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. We also hold long day sessions for bigger and more time consuming games. These are usually the first Sunday of every other month from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Membership

From October 2018 we will trialling a new session price of £3. If you are a new member, your first gaming night is free!

Age Restrictions

Members must be aged 18 years or over but juniors, aged 12 years or over, may attend club if accompanied by an appropriate adult aged 18 years or over.

Covid 19 Guidance for Attendees

Following the easing of restrictions on August 7th 2021, we are now back open for all games!

From Sunday 15th August we are no longer restricted to limited numbers and therefore there is no requirement to book tables.

The easing of social distancing also means that we longer have any restrictions on the types of games you can play.

However we will still be keeping several of our covid policies in place.

Masks MUST ALWAYS be worn inside the building.

Unce you have set up your tables you must wipe them down with the provided anti-bacterial spray before you set up your game. You must also wipe you table down after your game before you put your tables away.
